IRS - 3115 Update

IRS updated the form 3115 and the instructions on January 22nd, 2019. The current IRS Form 3115 and Instructions are dated December 2018. Do not file any forms with the December 2015 date. All of the website www.taxmethodchanges.com forms and instructions on the website have been updated to the new Form 3115 and its related instructions.
